I love to collect things I find that inspire me: little quotes, poems, images, memories. I also love to continuously learn and grow my daily practices, like yoga and focusing. I don’t like making New Year’s Resolutions, so to avoid that, every December, I create a new space for this practice using a wonderful software platform called Tinderbox by Eastgate. Below, I share an image of the new personal space I began to cultivate yesterday. While it is a static image for you because it is a picture, when I am in that space, I can click on each little item here and it brings me deeper into the journey.
So…if I click on the little brown box that says “journal”, It brings me into the space where I collect my daily journal writings:
If I click the little blue box that says: “Inspiration,” It brings me into this space:
This ever evolving, expansive, playful and practical space draws me into a state of wonder, curiosity, and presence which nourishes me and from which I can draw from to offer to others when they need someone to remind them of the magical beings they are.
What nourishes wonder and presence in you? What practices feel playful, energizing and expansive? I invite you to allow yourself the time to cultivate them.
Note…images i have used have been pulled from websites such as Peanuts, ElisabethonEarth, Morning Altars and other sites….I am ever grateful for their talent and the beauty and fun they offer the world….they are only displayed here because i am showing you my own personal journal.
